IES has installed Building Automation Systems in almost 300 local school and higher education facilities including:

Dayton Public Schools
Dayton, Ohio

Primary Services: I/A Series Web Based Building Management System managing more than 50 school facilities including the Ponitz Center (pictured)

Primary Services: I/A Series system controls which monitors each of the 20 School Buildings within the district. Kenton County also has introduced “Green School” technology such as Polar PV, Rain Water Harvesting, Day Lighting and Dimming, Water Source Heat Pumps with Geothermal Well fields as well as Green Roof technology.

Primary Services: Our proactive Energy Managers assisted them to develop a “District Energy Policy”. We then implemented numerous strategies that drastically reduced the districts energy expenses.
