The David H. Ponitz Center educates 550 students in the largest, most high-tech high school in Dayton, offering 16 career pathways in arts and communications, business and information technology, health and education and industrial arts and engineering, each developed in close concert with Sinclair Community College.

Location

While Innovative Energy Solutions provides a comprehensive energy management program for more than 50 district facilities within the Dayton Public School district, we feature the David H. Ponitz Career Technology Center at 741 Washington St. in Dayton, the brand new $35.5 million dollar tech-prep school.

Energy Solutions

One of the largest Major Metro School Systems in the State of Ohio, Dayton Public Schools manages all of their new School buildings and all of their existing buildings with the I/A Series Web Based Building Management System provided and installed by Innovative Energy Solutions.

Our partnership with Dayton Public Schools has spanned over two decades for new construction, renovation projects, and building controls service of their existing buildings. Innovative Energy Solutions was selected as the “Systems Integrator” for all DPS new construction and renovation projects providing Third Party Integrations to numerous other control vendors using our “Open Protocol” solutions for HVAC and other critical building sub-systems.
