Location
Located in Kettering, Ohio the facilities’ existing central utility plant was modified to expand the chilled water plant, high temperature hot water system, and emergency generation system. All of the modifications were made while keeping the existing systems active.
Energy Solutions
The new 5-story, $72 million facility serves as a premier cardiac care facility as well as a research and education facility and includes cardiac CT, cardiac MRI and cardiac PET scan services for its patients. When Kettering Medical Center was looking for the best building control solution for their new Heart Hospital they selected Innovative Energy Solutions and the I/A Series Platform. This versatile control system provides their staff the tools they need to be responsive to the building occupants needs while optimizing HVAC system performance.
